the location proved convenient for accessing the cruise terminal. walking to the terminal was manageable and straightforward. the front desk staff demonstrated friendliness and offered basic assistance when asked.
the room exuded a noticeable unpleasant odor, it was quite distracting. the air conditioning unit operated noisily and disrupted sleep. the breakfast options were limited to paper coffee cups and no tea bags were available.

The breakfast was included and had waffles cereal fruit croissants yoghurt and muffins. It was basic food but acceptable.
i had to use the stairs to reach the seventh floor with all my luggage. also, the hotel did not offer drinking water. I had to go down to the fourth floor to get some.

The room looked worn. I noticed stains on the carpet. The bathroom felt cramped. The breakfast was also disappointing. It offered a limited selection of only cereal and toast.
